Hunting & Fishing Offences
Overview
If you have received a violation ticket or a charge under the Wildlife Act, Firearm Act or Fisheries Act, we can advise you about your options and defend you in the proceedings that follow. We assist clients in all hunting- and fishing-related matters, including addressing the potential fines and the suspensions and cancellations of licenses and authorizations that can follow from hunting and fishing offences and other contraventions of environmental laws. We also act for parties who want to appeal Wildlife Act or Fisheries Act convictions, or other unfavorable government or administrative decisions, to the Environmental Appeal Board.
