Parole Matters
Overview
Our lawyers act for clients in all prisons and penitentiaries in BC, and clients on parole. We represent clients at hearings before the Parole Board of Canada, in appeals of Parole Board decisions, and in grievances to challenge correctional decisions. We assist clients applying for full parole and day parole, as well as clients facing parole revocation or detention hearings. We also act for clients seeking other types of release, such as escorted or unescorted temporary absences and parole by exception.
