Administrative Law and Judicial Review
Overview
We help businesses, organizations and individuals who are applying for or responding to determinations by administrative decision-makers such as tribunals, commissions, boards, licensing bodies, and regulators. We guide our clients confidently and carefully through the administrative decision process to obtain the most favourable outcomes possible. We assist with applications and submissions to regulators and licensors and other administrative bodies, and when necessary represent our clients at hearings held by administrative decision-makers. And if an administrative body makes a decision against our clients’ interests, we assist our clients in challenging that decision through judicial review by our superior courts.
